Waylands Oxford were great because they took the time to share with me details of the cars I was interested in. Found a time that worked for me for pickup (which was very tight as I have a busy work schedule). Collected me from the station and made me feel comfortable when driving my new car. Louise was amazing. She was patient on the phone and allowed me time to make my decision as to which car was right for me. Allowed me time to get the car setup to how I wanted it. The dealership was well presented, made sure I was comfortable and even made sure my dog had a drink and place to rest whilst sorting out the final bits of paperwork. Waylands will be my first choice when looking at my next car.
