Waylands Kia Bicester have excellent customer service, and cars of a high standard. Tony Hardie sold me our previous 2 Kia’s and I went back to him for this new one - nine years later. Which speaks volumes! Quite simply, I trust these people, and I like them. :)

I'd definitely recommend Waylands Kia Bicester to friends and family because handover was done in a very patient manner.
We were also offered extra fuel as we were doing s long journey.
Negotiating always feels difficult and awkward for me, but I found it to be much less stressful with Waylands. I felt we ended with a fair price.

My experience at Waylands Kia Bicester could have been better because sales person has not contacted a couple.of times, not done what he said he would in terms of covering up some marks on exterior. Also requested 'value-holding' insurance and contact with a colleague of salesman but never got a call back.

The staff at Waylands Kia Bicester were good because they tried hard to find me the right vehicle within my budget and they succeeded. Everything was explained well and having driven an old car for several years it was a huge pleasure to drive away with a nearly new shiny red car!
