My experience at Vertu Volvo Truro was memorable because the whole buying process from start to finish was fantastic.
This was not a planned purchase. I had my XC60 in for a small job , and was killing time looking at other models.
I approached Connor and asked him a couple of questions regarding the electric cars that they had on sale. He answered every question fully so I asked him if I could have a look at the C40, and after a test drive and many more questions we decided to change to and electric cars.
Connor couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the purchase and his knowledge of the brand was excellent. A real credit to Volvo and Vertu.
Vertu Volvo are simply the dealership that every other dealership should strive to become as good as!

I was pleased with Vertu Volvo Truro and would recommend them because , great service by Victoria, always offered a hot drink on arrival, explained what all the controls did in the car what it was for, not rushed, recommended on other options for the car e.g having cover for our alloys, which she explained fully and gladly had them. Overall absolutely delighted with service and car and would definitely go there again when ready to change my car.
