I'd suggest Vertu Volvo Exeter to a friend because the sales manager at Taunton over stepped my wishes not to talk to him and came over anyway

I would not recommend Vertu Volvo Exeter because I’m having on going issues and feeling like the customer from hell , I hate complaining and feel very uncomfortable, we may not be buying a top of the range new car at £++++, but my budget for my second hand Volvo is a lot of money from my pension pot, honestly if the issues had been sorted out in the 14 day cooling off period I would have handed the car back.
I am not convinced yet that the issues will be resolved , and I may well trade the car.
