The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Mansfield was great because Aimee has made the whole process such a smooth and pleasant experience. This branch is a 4 hour round trip to get to and I had been looked after from the first enquiry I made online. There is an ongoing situation however this is only a minor issue and is no fault of Aimee, and is actively helping to try resolve it. She is a credit to the company!
