Vertu Volkswagen Hereford staff have all been very helpful when i have had to contact them for whaterver reason. Special mention to Felix who went above and beyond to ensure the whole buying experience was memorable and also working out a deal that suits our budget for th. I did have to take the car back soon after buying it for something to be fixed and Ellie was very friendly and reassuring. Overall a great a experience, i am pleased to be a customer and would recommend the dealership.
