Vertu Land Rover Nelson sales staff made you feel welcomed from reception to sales, they also made sure that I had everything I needed, and very understanding. Salesperson (Harrison) along with Adam and Mitz always had a smile which was lovely to see, this isn’t the case in other dealerships, they are very obviously happy in their roles

all of the staff were professional and friendly. Any issues were dealt with. Having sold us the car they are still there to support us. Corey is an asset for Nelson Land rover.

My experience at Vertu Land Rover Nelson

My experience at Vertu Land Rover Nelson could have been better because .The after service was awfull . I ourchased a jag xf & when i went to collect i noticed a crack in the wind screen " no problem said the salesman it will be replaced asap !!!! After numerous phone calls most of which were ignored & no phone call back after, 2&1/2 weeks i had to contact the managing director via email !!! The day after i was contacted & new windscreen appointment made !!!!! They spoilt my whole new car experiance & its such a shame because i love the car

I was happy with the service at Vertu Land Rover Nelson because of the first class treatment I received during the sales process and the after sales care. The dealership has built a bond of trust that is very important to me. I know that my recently purchased Range Rover will be cared for in the coming years by a superb team at the dealership. I was even bought lunch whilst I was waiting for the vehicle to be serviced. I am so glad that I chose to purchase at Vertu Nelson, it has been a great experience from start to finish.
