Ikram, for the second time running, proved to me that he really is "Zaman". I can't speak highly enough about the care he took when dealing with my enquiry, nothing was too much trouble for him to deal with, his main concern was making sure he had a vehicle that fitted my requirements rather than trying to sell something I didn't need or want. We need more Ikram's in the world of car buying/selling, the concentration was always on the building of the relationship rather than selling for the sake of selling, which in turn led to a sale I'm completely happy with and a member of staff in the dealership that I would happily recommend to anyone.
