I'd definitely recommend Vertu Honda Sunderland because their Customer Service was above and beyond. This is our first EV and we found our perfect car after a search on the internet. We travelled from Manchester on an extremely hot day to be met by Alan one of the sales team. Alan was so helpful and friendly. He explained the many extras that the Hyundai Kona had and gave us lots of tips. I couldn’t be more happy with the car or the customer service. Alan even suggested the best beach to go to for our lunch before our journey south. We had such a lovely day at Vertu Sunderland we couldn’t recommend them enough, they took good care of us. Alan was so helpful. At the end of our visit Graham the manager introduced himself and thanked us for our purchase. I can honestly say I have never ever had that level of service and Customer care from any other company, you are all a credit to Vertu Sunderland. Thankyou all so much, from an extremely happy customer.

I was pleased with Vertu Honda Sunderland and would recommend them because Faye who was the agent was helping me buy the car was so lovely. She is one of the nicest people I’ve met when it comes to looking at cars, she wasn’t pushy or anything like that she just helped me view the car and then we went for a test drive. The other staff members I met were all really lovely too.
