I'm really happy with my recent purchase of the Honda Civic EX from Vertu Honda Stockton. The car ticks every box I had — top-level spec, great comfort, excellent condition, full Honda multi-point checks, and peace of mind from the Honda Approved scheme. The recent Honda service, extended 2-year warranty, and overall vehicle presentation made the decision easy.
Nathan, who dealt with me throughout the process, was excellent — very professional, responsive, and helpful at every stage. He took the time to address my questions and made sure I felt confident about the purchase.
After purchase, I did run into a couple of unexpected issues — the AC wasn't working (turned out to be a faulty compressor), and later a tyre pressure warning led to the discovery of minor corrosion on one alloy. Ideally, these should have been picked up during pre-delivery inspections. That said, I was really impressed with how the dealership handled everything: they provided courtesy cars, kept me informed, and fully resolved both issues, including refurbishing all four alloys. Their responsiveness and professionalism made me feel looked after and confident in the long-term reliability of the vehicle and the support behind it.
Overall, I feel I got a high-quality car and solid after-sales service. It’s reassuring to know that when something didn’t go quite right, they stood by their commitment and put it right promptly and professionally.

My experience at Vertu Honda Stockton could have been better because
Sales personnel far too pushy with talk of finance deals and trying to sell covering packages.
Never supplied with enough information or time about any packages to make an informed choice.
Made to feel like I was the idiot for not wanting a package despite never buying anything on a whim..
I guess you'll catch a fair few with this approach but if a bit more time was taken to actually show what was on offer then that approach would of been better
