Vertu Honda Plymouth were helpful because they were so easy to deal with. They responded to any queries promptly and kept me informed throughout the sale process. The preowned vehicle i liked was awaiting preparation for sale. I wasn't able to view it vehicle in person so Trudie did a thorough video walk around, pointing out any imperfections that needed addressing to bring it up to standard. Trudie kindly offered to pick me up from the station. On arrival at the dealership i was offered refreshments. The vehicle was presented exactly as promised. All Even though I had a six hour drive home It was worth it for the hassle free experience. I will definitely consider using them in the future.
