My overall experience at Vertu BMW Yeovil was very good. On just visiting on spec, I was able to take a test drive in a vehicle of interest and then proceed to arrange a trade in and purchase very easily. After arranging a collection time, everything was ready for me at time of delivery and all controls were carefully covered and explained. The only hiccup was when I contacted DVLA as I had not had confirmation that I was no longer the keeper of the trade in vehicle, they stated my old X5 was still registered to me. I am still currently awaiting a resolution from them after confirming details in writing.
