My experience at Vantage Toyota York was cracking because from first meeting Ed who sold me the car I was put at ease due to his friendly and courteous approach giving me the information I needed without being pushy. He listened to me and answered my questions fully and was very patient and kind which for me was important as I was quite anxious about changing my car particularly as I had never driven an automatic before.
