I was happy with the service at Vantage Toyota Knaresborough because Thomas P was a great salesperson to deal with. The whole process was quick and easy and he was very polite, ancvompdating annd helpful and I believe that I got a good deal overall.

I'd definitely recommend Vantage Toyota Knaresborough to friends and family because of Thomas. I don't know what standard you required to staff, but Thomas really gave me good experience from Vantage, it makes me feel I am in Japan, the best customer service over the world in average. He is considered, detail explain the plan. Your company should try the best to keep Thomas, so everyone visit your company able to have a good experience. To be honest, I was thinking not to buy any car in your shops, because the other staff, Jodie, gave me very bad experience (arrogance& poker face), which I don't want to think back on that bad issue, to destroy my good experience now.

So, let's talk about why I revisit your company, it is because of Thomas again, he contact me via a normal and honest attitude call/ polite and clear email. I like black and white confirmation for important information. He make me have confidence to trade with your company via Thomas service, rather than the lady.

The sales team were organised, professional and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed into making a purchase, and they took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options clearly, including the technical aspects of the vehicle.

On handover, they were extremely helpful. They assisted me with all the necessary installations before I left and explained how to safely operate the vehicle. They were confident in their product and made it clear that they were available to provide further help if needed.
