Everyone at Vantage Toyota Knaresborough was friendly and welcoming, but also very knowledgeable. Jodie dealt with the transaction and she was incredibly patient and explained everything thoroughly. She went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed, and I wasnt rushed into making the purchase at all. I was very impressed with her. Although the car was a used car, I felt that I was treated as if I was buying brand new.

I had a great experience at Vantage Toyota Knaresborough for a number of reasons. On arrival I got a friendly welcome from a member of the reception team who signposted me to where I needed to go and arranged for a member of the sales team to come and meet me. Ben was very professional and knowledgeable as he guided me through the options available to me to meet my requirements. Throughout the whole process , from the initial test drive to actually driving away with the car ,Ben was brilliant. I appreciated Steve taking the time to introduce himself and to ensure I was a happy customer! Buying a car can be a challenging experience and I can't thank all the team at Vantage Toyota Knaresborough enough for making it such a pleasant experience.

I'd recommend Vantage Toyota Knaresborough to a friend because of the relatively smaller more friendly size of the dealership. It seemed more personal than larger sites which in my experience tend to be less positive, though I understand that there is a trade off with the amount of cars stocked. That said Knaresborough had more of what I was looking for and travelling out of area was worth the distance. I would like to thank the gentleman sales person for a truly great and positive experience.
