I want to say a massive thank you to Tom Payne for all his help and advice when coming into the dealership last week.
Coming over on my own was quite daunting but yhe made the whole experience very easy and straight forward.
He wasnt pushy or loud and when he was speaking to me he made the process really easy to understand by breaking things down step by step.
He was also patient with me, allowing me time to consider my decision and, at no point did I feel pressured which was very important to me.
Also, after driving the car away he was still happy to help me with my android auto, which was much appreciated!
I really hope he is working there in 4 years time so that i can exchange my car with him again.
He gives car salesmen a good name.

Not pushy totally understood my needs. At handover he was brilliant. Explained how everything worked, connected my Android phone and set up the Toyota app on my phone. Thanks Tom. Buying a car is not my favourite task. My experience at Vantage Knaresborough was however extremely positive. The gentleman who I dealt with, Callum Suffield, was knowledgeable polite and very helpful. He answered all my questions and queries about the car I bought clearly and in detail and was in all respects very professional in his approach. Customer Service is extremely important and it is clear that Vantage Knaresborough as a whole value this very highly. i would have no hesitation in recommending them
