I'd definitely recommend UK Car Solutions Ltd because Scott was very friendly. Offered to pick me up from the station if needed and also ordered a new badge for the car as the one on the car was worn.Also he extended the warranty from 6 months to 12 months.
UK Car Solutions Ltd were really helpful and I'd recommend them because Jason, who I dealt with throughout the whole experience from my first telephone call to the final sale, was open, honest and professional at all times. I was provided with comprehensive information about the car which was 100% accurate. I was allowed to spend as long as I wanted to inspect the car and provided with a lengthy test drive. My part exchange negotiations were fairly conducted and the process was unpressured and unhurried. We agreed on the sale and any cosmetic measures that required attention ( alloy wheels and removal of after market rear window tints) and these were corrected as promised to a high standard ready for collection. As promised the car was serviced and all invoicing and vehicle documentation including warranty was provided via email and in hard copy. A far superior service to the one I received from a main dealer when I purchased my previous car. I would have no hesitation in recommending UK Car Solutions Ltd .
