From my very first call with Dean, I felt I was in safe hands — relaxed, no pressure, and genuinely helpful. The whole process was straightforward and actually really enjoyable. Dean kept in touch throughout, and we quickly agreed a date for collecting my new bike.
He was easy-going, friendly, and made the whole experience feel effortless. In fact, the whole vibe of the dealership was welcoming — a really good atmosphere. I’d have absolutely no hesitation recommending them.
The experience at Triumph Solent is always great! Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, whether it is a new / used bike or parts / service they will always work with you to achieve the best outcome. I have been riding for over 30 years and have owned many brands of bikes and dealt with many dealers. Over the last few years I have purchased 5 bikes from them and can’t recommend them enough.
I would recommend Triumph Solent to friends and family because the sales people were very helpful and knowledgeable I think was given a fair deal and a warm welcome.

Triumph Solent were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they show a level of compassion and care for not only the products they sell but also in making a genuine connection with you and your potential choices of motorcycle, they are happy to spend the time and quantify your needs as opposed to just selling what needs to be sold. Not to mention they have a great stock on site and test riding with them is very easy. (some other places could learn a lot on that front)
