My experience at Taylors Vauxhall was positive because sales lady was very good and positive

I had a great experience at Taylors Vauxhall because I was treated very well by all the friendly staff, even those who were not dealing with me directly were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and there was not pressure about selling other things like finance and insurance. When I collected my car everything was explained to me. I would definitely use Taylors again in the future.

Taylors Vauxhall were great because we were taken though all the steps of purchase by Yvonne Newman and her knowledge and helpfulness helped us make our minds up that we were making the right purchase. Yvonne made a follow up call a week later to make sure everything was ok. that was very much appreciated. thankyou all.

I'd definitely recommend Taylors Vauxhall to friends and family because of my sales person. Yvonne Newman is an absolute credit to the company, she was thorough in all of her explanations and had all documents and information ready and prepared before my first visit, and nothing was ever too much. She even stayed later to make sure all bases of the new car and financing protocols were met. My car isn’t due it MOT soon but it was service checked and valeted before collection. Yvonne has also called to check in and wished me well and to see how I have been getting on. Such a lovely person and I would recommend to anyone.
