Taylor Motor Group

My experience at Taylor Motor Group could have been better, upon arrival to collect the vehicle it wasn’t ready even though they gave me a pick up time & kept me waiting. Once I got home, decided to attach a roof rack but this wasn’t possible as the roof was completely covered with bird poo & algae & I had to take it to a local car wash & pay £18 to have it cleaned. I received a letter from DVLA asking me to tax my old vehicle that I traded in, clearly they never completed any paperwork to inform DVLA that I was no longer the owner & that they are… I had to do this myself! But the most shocking thing I discovered was that the vehicle had actually done 19,000 miles more than stated on their website when advertised for sale, which I didn’t realise until I’d drove home.

I was pleased with Taylor Motor Group and would recommend them because they acted professionally and kept me up to date with all that was going off

Taylor Motor Group were great because they are friendly, experienced and very very helpful at all times. I would always thorougly recomend them and also use them in the future for my next car.
