My experience at Stringers of Petersfield could have been better because they told me that the car had been serviced, I assumed in accordance with the RAC checklist which they gave me. A few days after collecting the car the 'book a service' light came on. which I found very worrying. I did book a service with a garage I trusted, who supplied the correct paperwork. Stringers have refused to provide the customer's copy of the inspection checklist which they say they carried out, or any previous service checklists. I want the full service history for this car, which I think should be covered as part of the RAC warranty. They could recompense me for the time, anxiety and expense I have incurred as a result of their poor customer service, but doubt that will happen.
I was happy with the service at Stringers of Petersfield because they weren’t pushy, allowed me to take the vehicle for a test drive. When I requested the car have the MOT recommendations corrected before purchased they did so.
I dealt with Lily who made me feel welcome and comfortable everytime I attended the showroom. She explained everything in detail and explained other options available to me.
I'd recommend Stringers of Petersfield to anyone because Todd the salesman was knowledgeable, kind and just a lovely man to deal with. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. In fact, all ofvthe team at Stringers were to be honest. We will definitely send our friends and family Todd's way and thank them for a seamless experience.

Bought the car over the Xmas period and they were very accommodating around closing times etc
Professional service and environment
Honest dealership. Nice people to deal with. Attention to detail could have been better though. Front mats missing on handover and no MOT certificate in paperwork.
I printed my own copy of the MOT and Stringers posted the mats to me.
