The experience at Stevenage Motor Centre Limited was great because Karl the salesman wasn’t pushy, had he been, this would have put me off buying from SMC. Karl was informative and knowledgeable about the van, it had been meticulously cleaned which I was very impressed with and from all of my research was well priced for its condition. I would have liked to spend longer reading through the van literature including the RAC warranty, however I arrived quite late in the day so the lack of time was not the fault of SMC. There were a couple of minor niggles with the van such as the gear stick gaitor being loose- but Karl ordered one for me which I’ve now received. I didn’t barter over the price, because I felt the van lived up to expectation and was worth the price I was paying for it. Despite this, Karl still sorted me out. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and the van. Thanks SMC.
