Snows Volvo Southampton

Awful experience end to end and still no end in sight - faulty vehicle, awful service, we are at our wits end. Wouldn't wish this experience on anyone.

The experience at Snows Volvo Southampton was good with knowledgable staff.

I would not recommend Snows Volvo Southampton because my vehicle did not receive a full mechanical or equipment inspection or full valet prior to collection, nor was a fault repaired that was picked up on test drive. Also the staff there did not apply paintwork protection that was paid for. Also I had to & still am chasing all paperwork pertaining to the above. I have asked a member of staff to have the sales manager call me to explain all of the above, no call yet nearly 3 weeks after me collecting my vehicle. Due to the fault not having any action on it, my vehicle had to be returned for repair. Also I am 98/99% certain that a crack/chip on the windscreen was present before collection. Does not matter to me how much Snows now rectifies these issues for me now, I am very reluctant to do business with them again.
