Snows Toyota Southampton were great because there was a relaxed but knowledgeable attitude amongst staff. They were very busy when I arrived however I was offered refreshment and a place to sit and wait. Once being engaged by sales staff I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Only slight negative on the whole experience was the limited parking available.

Snows Toyota Southampton were really helpful and I'd recommend them because my experience with Iain was first class. Friendly, professional and attentive. This is my first Hybrid and I haven't driven an automatic in many years. Iain made sure I was completely comfortable with the car before ordering, on collection and afterwards as we have spoken a couple of times. I'll be back in 3 years for a replacement vehicle and I hope Iain is still there so I can work with him again on a new order.
