Snows Peugeot Newbury

I'd suggest Snows Peugeot Newbury to a friend because they were all incredibly helpful and efficient with any query we had from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we drove off with the car. Perfect experience.

My experience at Snows Peugeot Newbury was excellent because the salesman listened to my requirements and then, when there was not a suitable vehicle in the showroom he hunted for an alternative.

I would not recommend Snows Peugeot Newbury because I paid cash for the vehicle and I expected some movement on screen price but this wasn't forthcoming. If it wasn't for the fact that we were desperate to purchase a new car I would have walked away. Our previous car was written off in the recent gales when a tree fell on the vehicle and we needed a replacement. We're very happy with the car but dissatisfied with the customer service. If we were in a stronger position i.e. had another vehicle to PX I would have walked away. We didn't even get a manual and had to return the following day to get one!!! We like the car but have since found that we could've got a better deal. Hence I wouldn't recommend Snows of Newbury. I did contact Basingstoke branch and they could've offered a better deal but I'd already paid a deposit. I will consider getting the car serviced elsewhere . Very disappointed. I bet this won't make the promotional websites

I would not recommend Snows Peugeot Newbury because I purchased the car one month ago and are still waiting for it it had a factory re call to g/box and after waiting two weeks for part when it was fitted it caused a problem with gearbox which a month later snows are still trying to find out and rectify and am too say the least not a bit happy especially when i get this e mail asking what do i think of vehicle i
purchased from snows whilst sales assistant has been helpful and pleasant and i realise not his fault ido think this could have been rectified earlier and . at present moment I wouldnt recommend snows to anyone
