Smiths Nissan Peterborough staff were good because I put a deposit down on impulse. Phil worked with me on timescales and anything I needed to help purchase rhe vehicle The customer service was above and beyond other dealers. Howard rhe delivery driver was also amazing. I highly recommend this dealership.

I would not recommend Smiths Nissan Peterborough because I originally wanted collect my car on the Monday, but was told I could not as the rep I'd been speaking with told me "he didn't work Monday's". I asked if it was possible for someone else to hand over the car but said it must be him. I asked if it could be delivered as I was travelling from Oxford and was difficult for me to change my plans. I was told it was possible but would cost me £100. It made me feel like I was an inconvenience, not the happy occasion it should be when buying a new car.
