I had a great experience at Smiths Hyundai Peterborough because they made the whole process easy. James R was super helpful, showing us the car and answering all our questions. We arranged the paperwork and test drove our car within an hour. The next weekend when we went to pick up the car he had it all ready and made the paperwork process clear and easy. He was responsive by email during the week as well. The facilities are clean and they have a large selection of cars, and the salespeople are straightforward and helpful.

The experience at Smiths Hyundai Peterborough was great because the sales person, James, was very helpful in arranging the test drive quickly and at a time to suit me. Afterwards he explained all the optional extras and answered all our questions. He also recommended a great company to fit the hoist for my wife's wheelchair. The car was ready at the agreed time, valeted and ready to go
