Sinclair Volkswagen Neyland

I would not recommend Sinclair Volkswagen Neyland because I have had the worst customer service I have ever had here! I had to deal with Neil from Swansea because the people down in Neyland were beyond the word useless, I have been utterly disgusted!! I know I purchased my car a while ago but I am still reeling from my experience. I had so much trouble to get a spare key for my car, it took them 3 attempts to get it sorted, and to top it all off I was never phoned up I was contacted either by e-mail for by text!! I can not express how much I have been disappointed by them, and I can tell you one thing my car or myself will never step one foot in that place!!

I'd definitely recommend Sinclair Volkswagen Neyland because of the friendly and professional service.
