I would not recommend S B Wakefield because my car was damaged upon collection, they damaged the rear alloy wheel, didn’t clean or prepare the car prior to my arrival as promised, and the engine was making a whining noise, I was very unhappy with the condition of the car.
The car was exactly as described and perfect for our needs. We bought it on trust as did not actually see it in person. We had it delivered which was all communicated effectively. We did have a slight issue with some extras that should have been delivered but were in the end in time for our daughters birthday.
My car had said it been checked over but found issues on drive home
And now I have had for a few weeks found other issues
S B Wakefield were fantastic because of the staff friendly, helpful and went the extra mile
My experience at S B Wakefield was positive because I felt a very valued customer from the very first time I asked a member of staff for assistance, answered all my questions and very friendly staff member, Steve Bottom, thank you
