Although I was not happy with the presentation of the car when I collected it I was offered for it to be done again to my satisfaction we had already been there for two hours and wanted to get home I did expect it be be serviced at kia before I picked it up but according tobthdcservice book it was not needed but this was not made clear to me I would recommend them but with the proviso that people should do their own research and not rely on the salesperson who was more keen on selling us extras than the car itself bug I suppose this is what they are told to do
