I'd suggest Perrys Sittingbourne Vauxhall to a friend because they were very professional, friendly and welcoming. Martin and Jody were really helpful and they answered any questions I had. Nothing was too much trouble. Malcom sorted my service plan out and made it quick and easy. They handled everything with a professional attitude. Perrys sittingbourne has a really good team all round. Thank you. Its much appreciated.

I was extremely happy with how helpful both Joe and Martin were, explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in my choice! I had previous poor experience however Joe and Martin have help bring up my garage experience and made it a good one thank you lads!

I'd recommend Perrys Sittingbourne Vauxhall to anyone because I found the sales person (Ewan Macgregor) very knowledgeable. He was very helpful and courteous without being over pushy to close a sale. Various queries that I raised with Ewan regarding the vehicle were resolved in a quick and friendly manner and I feel he went above and beyond to find the best car for us.

My experience at Perrys Sittingbourne Vauxhall could have been better because when we initially called to arrange a test drive I explained we were over and hour and a half away and would be travelling down for 11am. We arrived and the car wasn't quite ready for us to test drive as was still being cleaned. When we got in the car the seats etc were still damp and the test drive had been arranged earlier on in the week which I felt gave enough time to prepare the car for us arriving. On testing the car Jodie drove first and there were no issues as driving 30 miles an hour. When my partner drove he accelerated and the car started juddring quite a lot which caused concern. We mentioned this to Jodie who was in the back and she said she could feel it to. My partner accelerated again and it kept happening. I drove and again it was shuddering. We went back to dealership and she went to the mechanic to ask about this. She came back tomsay it was the brake callipers at which point my partner said he didn't think it was this as it was when accelerating. But they insisted it was we were at perys for 2 hrs and was told it would be fixed and we arranged to come back down the following Saturday. Jodie said she would call me the Monday to update me that it had been fixed and we would confirm when we could pay for car. I did not hear from Jodie Monday or Tuesday so called Wednesday for an update. Jodie said she hadn't called as bad only had an update Tuesday afternoon. Although I would have expected to maybe have a call to say sorry there was no update and they would be on touch when there was rather then me having to chase. When I spoke to Jodie on the Wednesday I asked if it had been fixed and she said yes and I said and have you test drive it and she said yes. I did mention i had spoke to a friend who said it did t sound like the calipers and more like the coil pack so I told Jodie this and she said she would mention it. I said I would make payment on the Tuesday and my partner would collect Saturday at 9am. He arrived at 9am took the car for a test drive and phoned me to say that the same problem was still happening. This was quite infuriating as again we had made a long journey to collect a car that had been told it had been fixed and also test drive which was clearly wrong. The car was looked at bu the head mechanic and it turned out to be the coil pack. This was fixed and rectified the problem. We have not had any issues with the car since and it is lovely but I feel when you know people are test driving cars you test them first to make sure there are no issues.
