My car arrived damaged and dirty. Multiple scratches all over the car (body and alloys). It was a new car. I am currently trying to get the problems addressed but it hasn’t been easy. This has been one of the worst experiences as a customer I have ever had.

I'd recommend Perrys Huddersfield MG to a friend because the staff were very friendly and accommodating from start to finish. I requested the car to be delivered to me and they were happy to arrange. I got a telephone call on the delivery day and was told the company had cancelled. But as the date had been arranged a staff member would still get it to be that day. Even after doing a full day working Gabriella delivered my car and it came with a full tank! Many companies I think would have tried to reschedule.
I would certainly recommend this branch, they were brilliant.
