I'd recommend Perrys Canterbury Vauxhall to a friend because they are always friendly and extremely reliable, on the one occasion that we had an issue (Courtesy car) being unavailable, the customer care was second to none. One thing that really impresses me with Perry's is the 'No Pressure' approach to me when looking around the showroom, in other outlets, pressure from sales reps can be annoying and unwelcome. Leading to a hasty exit at the nearest door, I have dealt with Perry's for the last 15 years, this is due to the high standard of professional approach by all staff that I have encountered.....Long may that continue!

My experience at Perrys Canterbury Vauxhall was positive because I got the vehicle I wanted. Only problem I had was paperwork wasn’t ready on the day we had agreed. Had to go back 2 days later to collect the car I had bought. Car was prepared and serviced but I had to ask for the service book to be stamped. I was loaded a car for the 2 days I was waiting for mine to be ready. Overall I was happy with my experience at Perrys but a few issues need to be addressed to make it a great experience.
