My experience at Perrys Blackburn Peugeot could have been better because the car I bought had only come in that morning and hadn't actually hit the forecourt. I was pushed to pay the full amount as quickly as possible as I was told this would hurry the process. So when it went for prep they found a fault. Which took 3 weeks to get the part and fix. In this time I was receiving next to no updates at all, kept being told I would receive phone calls and then not which resulted in me having to keep chasing updates. They repaired that fault then found another which lasted another 2 weeks and the same thing carried on with me keep having to chase. Face to face the service was great but once I had paid I felt like an after thought and I wasn't that important as a customer. In saying this they have offered a few add ons as compensation for my trouble which I really do appreciate but overall I just found it to be a very stressful experience. I have had a few days to drive the car and I am very pleased with it. I just think the service could've been better.

The staff at Perrys Blackburn Peugeot were good because we bought our used car from Perrys Blackburn after seeing it online and couldn’t be happier with the service.
Emilio was great, he communicated clearly, and was really transparent about everything, kept us up to date with what was going on perfectly, and sorted the whole transaction out quickly and smoothly - including delivery to our home and collection of our old car which we part-exchanged - which is exactly what we needed as we are miles away from where the car was being sold.
The car is perfect, and I’d definitely recommend Perrys Blackburn!
