I had a great experience at Park's Suzuki Bathgate because I didn’t feel pressured to get a car or to over spend. Adam was the sales person I dealt with. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was and he found me a perfect car. I didn’t feel pressured into buying it, he didn’t over sell me, it was great, best experience I’ve had and I’ve been to many dealerships. Everything went smoothly and I was kept up to date about the car daily up until I collected a few days later. What I found great was a video I got from Adam, with a tour of the car showing me outside and inside. I’ve had the car a week now and the other day I received a call from Adam checking in, and asking me if I was finding the car ok and if I had any questions at all. The service is 1st class and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you all
