My experience at Park's Skoda Hamilton was positive because the process was made very easy, primarily by Connor (Law) who was very efficient and friendly. From initial contact, Connor helped me make an informed decision - personalised video, answering any concerns/questions, personal attention on-site and thorough demo of how the car worked. Stressed that he was avaialble after the sale should I have any further questions and also followed up with a courtesy call just to ensure everything was good. As stated before, easy process and did feel like a valued customer! Thanks againg to Connor....
