My experience at Park's Renault Ayr could have been better because the salesman made an error with the financial details. He phoned to rectify this. When asked a question, he couldn't answer, told me rather rudely I have 3 customers waiting on me. Clearly you are no longer a customer once you have parted with a load of cash. I told him I thought he was very rude. We had intended on returning next year to purchase another however will now take our business and our cash elsewhere.
