My experience at Park's Ford Elgin could have been better because since buying the car there has been a fault with it. Parks advised they would be in contact to have this fault rectified and after a week there is still no update from them as to when they will repair the fault.
I bought my last car from Parks Inverness and have had it serviced at Parks Elgin for six years satisfactorily. The salesperson was helpful and friendly and the car was what I wanted. He answered all my queries and was good too deal with.
The experience at Park's Ford Elgin was great because it met my expectations
