Fraser was an absolute legend!! I came to view what I thought was my next care and left with a completely different one. He took so much time showing me what I thought I was after and then explaining my needs he was able to show me alternatives which actually made so much more sense.
I had the chance to test drive any of the cars I liked and then finally set my heart on the one I bought. I was really happy with the service given and was impressed when the team replaced the car battery after they felt it wasn’t up to the standard they’d want it. This confirmed I’d made the right choice. Thank you Fraser and the team, my new car is a dream and I hope my car I traded in goes on to a happy wee home.
The experience at Park's Kia East Kilbride was great because Jamie the salesman was very patient and knowledgeable, asked questions and listened to our answers. Couldn't have done enough for us, what every you are paying him you should double his salary. Maybe he could buy a new joke book.
