I had a great experience at Park's Kia East Kilbride because Fraser was a brilliant salesperson, not pushy, gave clear information and set my expectations. I wasn't actually planning to buy the car I went to test drive but in the end I did, because I hadn't realised what a great deal it was compared to others (my first time buying a second hand EV). I am really happy with the car. Thanks Fraser!
Park's Kia East Kilbride were great because the information and help from the sales person, Michael Kavanagh was very helpful without being pushy as was the advice we got from Michael's manager Dermott.
Fraser was an absolute legend!! I came to view what I thought was my next care and left with a completely different one. He took so much time showing me what I thought I was after and then explaining my needs he was able to show me alternatives which actually made so much more sense.
I had the chance to test drive any of the cars I liked and then finally set my heart on the one I bought. I was really happy with the service given and was impressed when the team replaced the car battery after they felt it wasn’t up to the standard they’d want it. This confirmed I’d made the right choice. Thank you Fraser and the team, my new car is a dream and I hope my car I traded in goes on to a happy wee home.

The experience at Park's Kia East Kilbride was great because Jamie the salesman was very patient and knowledgeable, asked questions and listened to our answers. Couldn't have done enough for us, what every you are paying him you should double his salary. Maybe he could buy a new joke book.

I'd recommend Park's Kia East Kilbride to a friend because the whole experience was stress free and convivial. The staff, Michael especially, were very knowledgable and extremely helpful. It was a delight to encounter a salesman who assisted and guided through the buying process in a manner that was professional and friendly. I visited Parks EK last year for advice and was so pleased with the reception I received I said next time I buy a car it will be from Parks, mission accomplished we are all happy with the outcome.

Park's Kia East Kilbride staff were good because The manner and courtesy from salesman Jamie Hill was very good.....very helpful in explaining things and patient with any questions asked....also the staff were smartly dressed in appearance .....I found Parks once again an excellent dealership to do business with.
