Now Vauxhall West Byfleet

I would not recommend Now Vauxhall West Byfleet because , I Purchased Vauxhall Viva on 26th of march it took 12 days to receive my deposit renunded back into my account was told it would be next working day, The first service was supposed to be done before I took delivery as of today 09 05 2018 I am still waiting for you to phone me back to book in for that service although you have written by hand date and miles in service book but not stamped. I am going to contact Vauxhall at Luton to where I stand via my Warranty as book not be stamped as promised . They/you did take the 4 dents out of the vehicle and provide the spare keys , wrong matts in car and no touch up paint guess what still waiting for that as well. John Mcdonald .

The staff at Now Vauxhall West Byfleet were good because Hayley was very friendly and very helpful gave extremely good customer service and wasn't at all pushy!!
