My experience at Now Vauxhall Addlestone could have been better because in the first place it took me several trips (each round trip was 84miles! From St. Albans where I live to Kingston). A lot of this was the ineptitude of the sales team, which did not explain clearly to me the processes involved in arranging finances, then an additional journey to change the financing to another company. When I finally went to collect the car the car papers were not left in the car. I phoned the sales person (LeeTaylor) to let him know the papers were not included AS SOON AS I GOT HOME, WITHIN HOURS OF LEAVING THEIR PREMISES. He asked me to check several places in the car, to include under the seats which I promptly did and informed him. He then felt it was the fault of the administrative section and that they will look for the papers, including the service history and send them to my address. This was 27th July, and now more than a week has passed, I have neither received the papers nor a call from Now Vauxhall in Kingston!. I certainly will not be buying another car from them and will advice all others to avoid them till they sort out such lapses mentioned above. Of less significance is the difficulty of getting through the telephone reception at various levels to get the right staff to talk to. In all a very shabby and uninspiring indeed disappointing and frustrating experience!
