The staff at Mercedes Benz of Bury St Edmunds were good from arrival for our booked test drive We met Kieran and sales exec Joe Brennan. Very helpful.friendly, knowledgeable,and no high pressure. We paid a deposit.Joe explained the finance offer clearly. He kept in touch whilst cherished number was sorted and finance proposed. He explained her was on holiday for 3 days but David Fellowes, his General sales manager would look after us in his absence. Again a very helpful member of staff. The staff were excellent, the site is smart and clean but parking is a problem.The telephone system is the only negative.It is just not fit for purpose,no direct lines to staff,no answer phone to leave messages on,and I made several calls which just rang and rang unanswered. Not the staff’s fault and easy to update.It must be
costing sales.
