Lookers Preston Citroen

I was pleased with Lookers Preston Citroen and would recommend them because Dan made everything so easy for me, I even had a bit of trouble with my car I was part exchanging and he kept In touch with me at all times and arranged for someone to collect my car off my drive so I didn't have to worry! Thank you so much Dan! And I love my new car!!

I would not recommend Lookers Preston Citroen because the salesperson Richard Lawson continously kept braking promises of delivering the car, the readiness of the car, the extra's, etc etc. This caused great delays in our holiday and general travel plans in the summer. Finally another salesperson, Chris Leadbetter, had to take over to complete the sale. We were promised a two year free service as compensation but have as yet not received any documentation or confirmation about this.

My experience at Lookers Preston Citroen was cracking because no problems very good customer service.

I'd recommend Lookers Preston Citroen because everything from start to end of the sale was explained in a very relaxed environment. All staff acknowledged me with a good morning/afternoon and made sure I was being seen to. Jeannette who I mainly dealt with was ever so friendly and did everything to answer any questions I asked. Even down to the lady on the desk at front of showroom and Donna upstairs everyone was just really great to deal with. I got my last van from this lookers and I will definitely deal with them again if I change my car/van. Thankyou so much Lookers Citroen Preston. It was a pleasure.
