My experience at Lookers Northallerton Volkswagen could have been better because

A - the car obviously hadn't been prepared - resulting in a large warranty claim 4 months and 2000 miles after purchase.
B - a refund for non warranty items took weeks to arrange anbd still hasn't been finalised
C - the car still has suspension problems

My experience at Lookers Northallerton Volkswagen was cracking because My salesman Chris Vitty overcame a number of local delivery difficulties which were not his fault. He worked very hard to set right quite complicated matters as quickly as he could and he succeeded. I will warmly recommend both Chris Vitty and Lookers Northallerton to friends and acquaintances. Thank you very much for a very satisfactory buying experience.

My experience at Lookers Northallerton Volkswagen could have been better because the after sales service has not been good we are having to do a warranty claim and it has been nothing but hassle chasing for 3 weeks resulting in me contacting lookers head office to try and get the warranty thing sorted myself....
