Lookers Darlington Volkswagen

My experience at Lookers Darlington Volkswagen was positive because salesman Graham was very good. Clearly explained everything to me.Credit to the company. Went out of his way to contact me when the car was ready.

I would not recommend Lookers Darlington Volkswagen because when I picked the car up I was informed of a problem setting the radio/satnav, which is was unaware of when I purchased the car. I was given the option of taking the car and getting it fixed or leaving it. As I had already paid and had faith in lookers to rectifying the problem speedily, I took the car. Big mistake! I didn't hear from lookers so I contacted them, twice. Eventually was rung by them to say they needed the car for 2days, I agreed and they came and collected the car. I had refused an offer of a courtesy car as I thought it was only 2 days to wait! On the second day i was concerned when the car hadn't arrived at 5.30pm. My husband decided to ring them and was told it wasn't ready as they can't get a code from Germany-after 10 days? I'm now left with no car and no after sales service at all, it's appalling!

I was happy with the service at Lookers Darlington Volkswagen because we we did not feel pressured and the salesperson was very professional but approachable.

Customer service was very good. Felt like I was taken care of very well and confident I got a good deal on my part exchange.
