I was pleased with Lexus Carlisle and would recommend them because having purchased multiple new and used vehicles over the years we can honestly say from all the dealerships and garages we’ve dealt with the service we received from Parks Carlisle has been second to none. Firstly there was Simon the driver who initially took us to see the Audi when it was having the wheels refurbed. He was so friendly, answered all our questions and we felt by the time we got back to the showroom that we’d known him for ages. (Well done and thank you so much Simon). Then there was our Salesman Kenny, from our initial telephone enquiry to the day of collection he kept us updated on the progress of the sale. Nothing was too much trouble and we feel he went over and above with the service he provided, even to the point he rang and arranged to pick us up in person from the Hotel in Carlisle on the day of collection as we’d travelled up by train from Yorkshire the day before. He made sure the car was absolutely perfect, even to the point of displaying it in the showroom like it was a new car, there was even a personalised stand congratulating us by name on our purchase. Thank you so much Kenny and Simon for making our experience so special you are an asset to the company.
In relation to Parks Carlisle, amazing we have never dealt with a company that offers a 12 month warranty on a used vehicle plus a full MOT with no advisories. They went over and above what we expected them to do for a second hand car and it honestly looked and felt like we’d bought a brand new car. We would not hesitate to recommend or purchase another vehicle from this company in the future. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I appreciate this is a bit of a long winded review but we just felt it was all relevant and needed to be said.
The presentation of the site was terrific and on my first day derek was working alone but still managed to make time for me and fit in a test drive while the numbers were getting run answered all the questions I had then I signed up for the car on the day
And even though I'd only just moved and it was a pain with the finance company he had came in on his day off to chase up more paperwork to help me get in my new car sooner, that was the frustrating part but my circumstances were so unique I would have faced these issues at any other dealer but everything within his control was carried out swiftly and professionally, will be back again for another lexus when the lease on my one is up.
