The service recieved from kidderminster motor house was 1st class from start to finish. I was well informed, the staff were extremely helpful especially Andy the sales rep. I was given the opportunity to explore the car on my own without any sales pressure and them he took me on a test drive. Once i decided to buy,all the options were laid out to finance the car (if needed) so I could make an informed decision.
On the day of collection I had to travel by train long distance. Andy kept in touch throughout and then picked me up from the train station to collect my new car. They really went above and beyond to make it a pleasure to deal with.
