My experience at Integrity Car Sales was positive because they went above and beyond with fixing problems and getting the car MOT'd. My only complaint would be pretty poor communication and the expectation to send a £250 deposit despite not receiving any official paperwork or an outline of the deal that was agreed. Steve kept me guessing for quite a while and would not directly answer messages............However, in the end he delivered above and beyond. The van was exactly what I have been looking for for a few months and at the right price.
