I'd definitely recommend Holdcroft Nissan Hanley to friends and family because they have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I initially enquired about a vehicle that had unfortunately sold, but Paul was so helpful - sending me details of cars he thought I would be interested in.
I live around 1 hour and a half away, so we liaised over the phone and via What’s App. Paul found me the perfect car, and has been nothing but super helpful all the way through.
I had so many questions and changes, and he was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and I was so grateful.
On the day of collection Mason helped me, and again he was amazing. Showed me all details of the car, helped me set everything up and ensured I was happy and comfortable with everything before I left.
Both gents were a credit to the dealership. Friendly, polite and patient. I can’t thank them enough.
Although I am too far away to go back for servicing, when the time comes I will always go back to Hanley for my purchases - even with the distance! It’s worth the journey.

I'd recommend Holdcroft Nissan Hanley to a friend because I found them to be very friendly and helpful. Paul couldn't do enough for us. We don't live in the area which is why we didn't take a service plan but i wouldn't hesitate to travel to them next time we are looking for a car.
