My experience at Hilton Garage was positive because you can view cars at your leisure without any pushy salesman and the cars were unlocked so you could view inside
My experience at Hilton Garage could have been better if the salesman wasn’t so inept; if the car had been properly prepared prior to collecting; if the missing items had been provided; if staff would actually respond to emails and messages fully and in a timely manner. Seriously I wish I had never bought a car through Hilton Garage - never again!

I'd definitely recommend Hilton Garage for the excellent experience I har with them, but I just want to emphasise that staff need a better communication with each other and probably a better system to pass down information to each other to minimise miscommunication and misinformation
