The staff at Hendy Renault Dacia Eastleigh were good because I was buying sight unseen from Scotland. They gave very good descriptions of the car and gave me the confidence to purchase. When I flew to Southampton, Dan Gilbert picked me up, went over the car with me, completed the paperwork vert efficiently which ensured I was able to get on the road home without delay.The full tank of petrol and the cup of tea were appreciated! Without Dan being so helpful and reassuring i would have been reluctant to buy at such a distance and without seeing the car in the flesh. Can't recommend him highly enough.
