My experience at Hendy Nissan Crawley could have been better because I paid extra for the gardx and all the other bells and whishels. When I collected the car its was filthy, food, crumbs mcdonalds chip, pastry. So this was never cleared nor did it have the gardx done even though I paid for this. I did say it wasn't very clean when I collected it. To be told they're valet guys aren't very good! I did bring it back and it was then cleaned and I did have the gardx refunded at my request but when I collected it the roof rack bar jad an axesaw blade on the roof. I noticed it and gave it back to the sales person
Very disappointing especially from a main dealer. I would have expected better.
Hendy Nissan Crawley Phil was great. I’d been looking for a car for a while and he remembered exactly what my budget was and the legal requirements for the company loan I was using. He had it ready for me when I pulled up to test drive and explained the interior of the car.
The only downside was there were small chips in the paint that I thought would be dealt with prior to me picking it up which was disappointing considering the colour which makes it very obvious. Also the car had a defective tyre which concerned me, and as it wouldn’t be changed, I had to purchase another tyre the day after buying it which isn’t something you expect with a new car. Lastly the car could have benefited from a full valet before giving it to me as it did have signs of use from either the dealers or previous owners.
However, the sales team were great and kept me informed of cars I may be interested in. Overall, a mixed review but I’m happy with the customer service I received from Phil. He made the process incredibly easy for me considering I’d never bought from a dealership before.
I had a great experience at Hendy Nissan Crawley because our salesman, Charlie Milton had a very positive attitude and was not at all pushy. He guided us through the purchase, but did not direct us, an important difference.
Hendy Nissan Crawley were helpful because they treated you like a family member. Always polite and curtious. They kept me i formed and help with the number plate change. Charlie was very informative.
I'd recommend Hendy Nissan Crawley because of the friendliness of the staff. We would like to express our positive experience of our salesperson Abigail Hunter. She made the whole procedure so easy for us, and explained in detail everything we needed to know. For 18 years of age she was amazing, and will certainly go far in sales !
